Obituary of Fred Beyerlein
Fred Gordon Beyerlein, 89, of Palm City, Florida, died, September 29, 2010 at his home.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, growing up in Kearney, New Jersey, he had been a resident of the Palm City for 13 years coming to Florida in 1968 from Wayne, New Jersey.
During World War II he served in the U.S. Coast Guard attaining the rank of Lieutenant.
He graduated from the Newark College of Engineering, in New Jersey.
Before retiring he was an electrical engineer with McGraw-Edison, Sunbeam, Cordis and Implimed. He also worked in the aerospace industry with General Precision..
Survivors include; his wife of 66 years, Jane D. Beyerlein of Palm City; a daughter, Lynn Crow of Kansas City, MO; sons, Fred Beyerlein of Fort Myers, FL, Jeff Beyerlein of San Antonio, TX, Gary Beyerlein of West Palm Beach and John Beyerlein of Kansas City, MO; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel.
