Obituary of Frederick Goldbourne

Frederick C. Goldbourne, 85, of Port St. Lucie, died June 21, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Jamaica, moved to the United States in 1968, and resided in Boston. He moved to New Jersey and then n 1994, he moved to Port St. Lucie. In Jamaica he was a corrections officer, and he had been a Pharmaceutical Rep in the United States before retirement. He was a member of the Treasure Coast Church of God in Port St. Lucie.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Rookmin Goldbourne of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Verna Mowatt of West Orange, NJ, Norma Barrett of McDonough, GA, Georgia Bryden of Lawrenceville, GA, and Annie Tebraak of Canada; sons, Desmond Rose of Kissimmee,FL, Noel Golbourne of Sanford, FL, Leithland Golbourne of Las Vegas, NV and Glen Mongroo of Canada; brother, Fitz Hibbert of Phildelphia, PA; sisters, Carmen Francis of Decatur, GA, Lorna Chan of Port St. Lucie and Dorothy "Blossom" Smartt of Brooklyn, NY; 21 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Winston Golbourne, Archie Golbourne and Kenneth Golbourne.

Visitation: 10:00AM - 11:00AM, Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Treasure Coast Church of God in Port St. Lucie.

Funeral Service: 11:00AM, June 29, 2013 at the Church.

Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
