Obituary of Frederick Marcus

Frederick F. Marcus, 71, of Palm City died September 2, 2013 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 25, 1941. He was a salesperson in truck sales before retirement.

Fred loved life, and lived it fully and "his way". He was a Harley motorcycle and Corvette enthusiast. He once had a singing group, the "U.S. Male". He was a very giving, caring and helpful person, especially to all of his elderly relatives. He will be remembered as a big man with an even bigger heart.

He is survived by his sister, Sherrie Sherman and her husband, Bob; brother, Steven G. Marcus and his wife, Debra; nephews, Scott Marcus and Mitchell Sherman and niece, Allison Dorff. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rose and Sol Marcus.

Graveside Service: Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, with Rabbi Goldwasser officiating.
