Obituary of Frederick Wilhelm

Frederick W. "Fritz" Wilhelm, 75, of Palm City, FL, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Harper House, Stuart, FL.

He was born in Singen, West Germany in 1939. He married Wilma Henke in 1961. He had been a resident of Palm City for the last 16 years after moving from Wantagh, Long Island, NY where he recreated a house into a beautiful home for our family. He developed an architectural woodwork business that created custom architectural woodwork for 40 years. At the time of passing, he was currently the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Martin County Council 6241.

He is survived by his son Oliver Wilhelm and his wife Michelle along with their 2 children Jacqueline and Erik of Fairlawn, NJ; his daughter Sandra Wagner and her husband Peter along with their children Sarah, Kate & Thomas of East Northport, NY; his brother, Rudolf Wilhelm and his wife Ursula; his brother Hans Wilhelm, all of Singen, West Germany. He was preceded in death by his brothers Kurt and Franz Wilhelm.

A visitation will be held at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2015. There will be a Vigil Prayer service at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held On Saturday, June 6, 2015. at 12:00 PM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Palm City Florida.
