Obituary of George Robertson

George A. Robertson, 56, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, died October 26, 2010 at Martin Memorial Medical Center, Stuart, Florida. Born and raised in Miami, he was a resident of Stuart and Port St. Lucie for the past 5 years. He was a supervisor for Florida Power and Light in Miami-Dade and Martin Counties and was employed with them for over 38 years. He was a former member of I.B.E.W. He spent most of his leisure time on the water with his family, fishing, and diving.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Elizabeth "Beth" Robertson of Port St. Lucie; son, Kevin Robertson and his wife Loriellen; daughter, Rebecca George and her husband Corey; sisters, Patricia Rabin and her husband Mitch, Ruth Blenker and her husband David, and Mary Pea and her husband Hector; brothers and sisters in law, John and Ellen Hastings, Richard and Katie DeNunzio; sister in law Patti Denunzio and Allen Baron, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Barbara Robertson and sister, Suzanne Robertson.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. October 30, 2010 at Forest Hills Funeral Home - Palm City Chapel with a Prayer service at 4:00 PM.
