Obituary of George Hill
George Phillip Hill, 80, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, died, February 2, 2010 at his home
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he had been a resident of the Treasure Coast for 5 years coming from Weston, Florida.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. .
He was the owner of Hill Fan Company, a commercial fan manufacturer in Miami for over 45 years.
He attended Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Hill of Port St. Lucie; a daughter Linda Bair of Cooper City, Florida; a brother Ed Hill of Boynton Beach, Florida; sisters Rosalie Elliott of Coral Gables, Florida and Audrey Matthews of Franklin, North Carolina and 2 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother William Hill.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on February 6, 2010 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, at Mapp and Murphy Roads,Palm City.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hill Funeral Homes-Palm City Chapel.
