Obituary of Gerada Gonzalez

GERADA GONZALEZ, age 89, of Indiantown, Florida died on Monday, March 3, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Gonzalez was born on October 3, 1918 in Seguin, Texas to Antonio and Maria (DeLosAngeles) DeLeon. She came to this area IN 1958 from Texas. Mrs. Gonzalez was of catholic faith and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Indiantown, FL. She was pre-deceased by her husband Santos Gonzalez, Sr. in 2001, a son Israel Valentino Gonzalez in 1994 and a son Santos Gonzalez, Jr. in 1963.

Survivors include three daughters; Antonia Jones of FL, Mary Gomez of FL, and Eulalia West of SC. Seven sons; Valentino Gonzalez of VA, Paul Gonzalez of FL, Thomas Gonzalez of FL, Ramon Gonzalez of VA, John Gonzalez of FL, Martin Gonzalez of VA and Isabel Gonzalez of SC. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2008 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com
