Gina Maffucci, 93, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on February 12, 2018 at the Terraces of Hobe Sound, Hobe Sound, Florida.

Born in Italy, she had been a resident of Stuart for 15 years coming from West Palm Beach.  She moved to Florida from New Rochelle, New York.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart.

Survivors include her son Joseph Maffucci and his wife Kathy of White Plains, NY; her daughter, Marie Cruciata and her husband Anthony of Stuart; a brother, Aldo Traetta, of Como, Italy and her grandchildren, Anthony Cruciata, Robert Cruciata, Richard Cruciata, Sean Maffucci and Patrick Maffucci.  She was preceded in death by her husband James Maffucci in 2001.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City, FL.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart.  Interment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
