Gloria "Noni" Bobko, age 93, died of natural causes on January 14, 2016, in Stuart, Florida.
Gloria is survived by her children, Noel Bobko (Susie Bobko) and Mary Thomas (Jeffrey Thomas); her grandchildren, Noel Thomas, Noel Bobko Jr., Kristen McWilliams (Jason McWilliams) and Mary Bobko.
As a devout Catholic and follower of Jesus Christ, Gloria faithfully served her community.
Born June 28th, 1922 in Yonkers, New York, to Frank and Mary Mirandi, Gloria married Michael "Bob" Bobko (deceased 2007) in 1949 and moved to Miami. She resided in Palm City since 1986. Gloria loved her family and friends deeply and passionately followed her talents as an artist, poet, horticulturist and world traveler. At 63, she graduated from Broward Community College (AA, Liberal Arts.) Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving, creative, talented woman.
Her funeral, January 23rd, 2016, at St. Martin dePorres Catholic Church, 2555 SE Savanna Rd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 will begin at 1:00 pm. (Visitation will precede the service from 12:00 to 12:45.) Please send flowers to the church.
The family greatly appreciates Hospice and Martin Memorial's Restorative Care for Noni's tender care through her final moments.
