Obituary of Gloria Taylor

Gloria R. Taylor, 83, of Palm City, FL, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at her home.

Born in Greenwich, NY, she had been a resident of Palm City for 15 years coming from Boca Raton, FL. She came to Florida from Hartsdale, NY.

Prior to retiring she had been a secretary for IBM, in White Plains, NY.

Survivors include her sons, Lawrence Jacobs and his wife Dawn of Syracuse, NY and Ted Jacobs of Riviera Beach, FL; her stepchildren, John W. Taylor Jr. of Spring Valley, NY and Debra A. Taylor and her wife Doreen Boyer of Congers, NY; her grandchildren, Ashley Jacobs-Bonitz and her husband and Alicia Jacobs and her sister, Diane Wilk of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years in 2014, John W. Taylor.

Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL with a service in the chapel at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City.
