Obituary

Guadalupe (Mary L.) Gomez, age 71, of Indiantown, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at her residence.

Mary L. Gomez was born on June 27, 1949, in Vanderbilt, TX to Santos Gonzalez, Sr. and Gerada (Geraldine) Deleon Gonzalez.

Mary was of the Catholic Faith with a huge devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe and The Infant of Prague. She was a member of The Holy Cross Catholic Church in Indiantown, FL.

She contributed many hours of charitable work with local multi-denominational churches in the community.

Survivors include siblings: Antonia Jones of FL, Eulalia West of SC; Valentino Gonzalez of VA, Ramon Gonzalez of VA, John Gonzalez of FL, and Isabel Gonzalez of SC and their families.

Also, surviving are devoted husband, Jesus (Jessie) R. Gomez, three children: Jesse R. Gomez, Elena V. Garza, Marcos A. Gomez, and 4 Grandchildren along with many in extended family and friends.

She will be sadly missed, always loved, and be in the hearts, amongst all the lives she has helped and touched. Her faith and devotion will live throughout the family for many generations to come.

With God's speed on angels wings during this momentary slumber, rest well Mom, before arriving at the Great Feast prepared for your arrival; for, it is said: "Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God."
