Obituary of Hazel Sileo
Hazel Sileo, 92, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, died June 8, 2013 at the Memorial Regional Hospital, Hollywood, Florida.
She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for over 25 years coming from Astoria, New York, before moving to Pembroke Pines.
Before retiring she had been a bookkeeper for Industrial Fresh Way Food Services, in Long Island City, NY. She had also been an elevator operator at the United Nations and Lord & Taylor in New York.
She had been a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Stuart and the Italian American Club, Port St. Lucie
Survivors include a son, Vincent Parlatore of Pembroke Pines; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Vincent Parlatore and Michael Sileo and a sister Helen Prudente.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on June 19, 2013 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. There will be a service at 7:00 PM. Inurnment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
