Obituary of Helen Mathis
Helen F. Mathis, 91, of Palm City, Florida, died on October 9, 2012 at her home.
Born in Tampa, Florida, she had been a resident of the Palm City for 4 years coming from Lake Wales, Florida. She also lived in Valle Crucis, North Carolina.
She was a homemaker and a real estate agent.
She was a member of the Lake Wales Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Helen Faye Laird of Palm City; grandsons, Matthew Laird of Cocoa Beach, FL and Benjamin Laird and his wife Janis of Palm City; three great- grandchildren, Jessica, Mathis and Matt Laird all of Palm City; a niece Leslie Christensen and a great-niece, Kathleen Carpenter both of Virginia Beach, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Homer Mathis.
Services will be at a later date in Lake Wales.
