Obituary of Helene Thompson

Helene Gertrud Thompson, 75, of Port St. Lucie, FL on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at her home.

Born in Cologne, Germany she had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 5 years coming from Upper Marlboro, MD.

Before her retirement she was a seamstress in Seabrook, MD for many years.

She was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include her daughters, Angelia M. Gilbert and Kristina R. Thompson both of Port St. Lucie; her sons, Edward T. Williams Jr. and his wife Cheryl P. of Dickerson, MD and Karl H. Williams and his wife Jumara D. of Port St. Lucie; her brother, Karl Hansmann and sisters, Karolina Kolowaski, Renata Jelks, Gertrud Taylor and Elsa Bayne all of Germany; her ex-husband Raymond L. Thompson of Georgia; seven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Edward T. Williams Sr. and several siblings.

There will be a prayer service at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City on Tuesday, September 15th at 2:00pm, followed by interment in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Palm City.
