Henry Lopes, 96, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Passed away on March 21, 2018 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Harper House, Stuart, Florida.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for27 years coming from Linden, NJ.

Before retiring he was building contractor.

Survivors include his sons, Roy Lopes and Daniel Lopes both of Linden, NJ; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Amorosa Lopes in 2009.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City, FL with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on March 28, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City. Entombment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
