Ivan Savric, a beloved father and respected business owner passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the age of 65. Ivan was born on February 9, 1959, and immigrated with his family to the United States from Europe at the age of 8. He is survived by his beautiful mother Anna Savric, daughter Bridget Savric, son Michael (Priscilla) Hill Jr, brothers Louie (Deneen) Savric and Mario Savric, nephews Chad, Anthony and Corey Savric, and grandchildren Michael and Maverick Hill. He was preceded in death by his father, Ivan Savric.

A long-time independent handyman contractor, Ivan cared for more than 500 clients in the past 20 years at the Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club Community. He was more than an "employee", but a friend and family member to many in the community. He was a relentless worker and cared for each members' property as if it were his own. His God-given skills and abilities enabled him to fix just about anything, and on the rare occasion he couldn't fix it, he would find someone who could!

A lover of nature and the great outdoors, Ivan was an avid fisherman and huntsman. He loved being out on the ocean fishing with friends and family and often won several local tournaments. His favorite fish to catch was the Mutton Snapper, and his buddies from the Safari Deep Sea Fishing Boat often referred to him as the "Ivanator" or the "Mutton Master"! He also loved spending time fishing in the Bahamas and the Florida Keys, where him and his daughter Bridget had several Father's Day celebrations on the Charisma Sportfishing boat catching dolphin. Come Fall each year, Ivan loved to travel back to Ohio where he grew up to spend time with family over the holidays and hunt with his brother Louie and nephew Chad. After the New Year, Ivan would travel back to Florida and his mother would join him to spend several months in the Sunshine State. They shared a very special bond and loved the time they spent together.

Ivan had an "others first" mentality, a big heart and radiating smile that would brighten anyone's day. He loved cracking jokes with friends and family and his work ethic was unmatched! He was a guy who would give you the shirt off his back and do anything and everything he could to help whoever he could! May there be comfort to all in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.

To honor the incredible man he was, visitation with his family will be held at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL, 34990 on Tuesday, October 29th from 2pm-6pm, with a memorial service at 5pm.
