Obituary of Jack Eckhardt

Jack L. Eckhardt, 81, of North Baltimore, Ohio, died March 29, 2013 at the Briar Hill Nursing Home, in North Baltimore.

Born in Lucas County, Ohio, he had been a resident North Baltimore, coming from Palm City.

During the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Navy.

Before retiring he had been a technician with the telephone company.

Survivors include daughters Cindy Rader of Bowling Green, Ohio, Marina Johnson of Alaska, Malinda Healy and Christina Laky both of Austin Texas; a son, Sean Eckhardt of Swanton, Ohio; a brother, Paul Eckhardt; his first wife Marilyn Eckhardt of Pflugerville, Texas; eleven grandchildren and one great granchild.

SERVICES: There will be a service at 10:00 AM at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel followed by interment with military honors provided by the U.S. Navy in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Palm City.
