Jack Michael Granato age 89 died on Oct 2nd 2017 at his home in Stuart Florida. He was born on January 30th 1928 in Corona New York to parents Charles and Carmela Granato. He was the youngest of four children. He resided in Little Neck New York until moving to Florida in 1984 with his wife Ann (Caulfield) Granato who preceded him in death in 1988. At the age of 17 (with his fathers permission) he enlisted in the Navy and was assigned as ships photographer. After service to his country his photographic talents provided the opportunity to go into business for himself. He gave us many accomplished works in both television and film animation. His clients included ABC, NBC, CBS, 60 Minutes, HBO, PBS and numerous advertising agencies in commercial television.

His personal hobbies included fishing and big game hunting in North America, British Columbia and South Africa. He was a fan of Boxing. He also enjoyed painting, casino
gambling slots and blackjack. His favorite cocktail tanquery & tonic with xtra limes.

He is survived by his three children, a son in law, seven grandchildren and one great
grandchild.

He was a great father, grandfather and a friend
to those lucky enough to know him.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, Florida with a prayer service at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park with military honors provided by the U.S. Navy.
