It is with sadness that announce the passing of James E.Vaux, Jr. PhD at 93 years old. He was a long time resident of Pittsburgh, PA and Stuart, FL, and in recent years, Palm City, FL. He was proceeded in death by his parents, James Vaux, Mary E. Ewing, his son, James Vaux, III. And his sister Elizabeth Packard. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Mary Ossler Vaux, his children, Theodore Vaux, Lyn Vaux (Peter Hanson), grandchildren, Lucas Hanson (Allison)and Anna Hanson, and sisters Barbara Howell and Mary Cassady. The services for Mr. Vaux Jr. are being handled privately at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to the charity of your choice or to The Sandhill Cove Foundation, Inc.
