Janet Cora Muse (nee Lee), 86, of Stuart, Florida passed away peacefully on October 11, 2021.  She was the daughter of the late Marion Elizabeth Chestnut and Franklin Grafton Lee.  She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, Roy Lamar Muse.  Jan waited 30 years to rejoin her husband, the love of her life.

She retired from Northern Telecom in 1991.  She enjoyed singing in the church choir in her exceptional high soprano voice.  Counted cross-stitch, knitting and crochet were among her talents.  Reading and watching NFL football were her favorite pastimes (along with playing with her grandchildren).

Surviving to cherish her memory are her five children, Cynthia Nigond (Bernard), Lance Muse (Joyce), Kay Butterbaugh (Fred), Franklin Muse (Nancy) and Jan Glenn Muse (Jude) along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed.
