With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Janice Berger of Port Saint Lucie, FL on April 19, 2026, at the age of 80. Janice was the beloved wife of her late husband, Dr. Richard Berger, who left us on Father’s Day June 15, 2025 at the age of 84.

She shared nearly 50 wonderful years of marriage with Richard —a partnership built on deep love, unwavering support, and countless cherished memories. Together, they created a life filled with warmth, laughter, and gratitude that she carried with him every single day.

A woman of quiet appreciation, she never took life for granted. She often expressed how thankful she was for the beautiful life she and Richard built together. Whether in simple daily routines or special family gatherings, she found joy in the presence of those she loved most.

Janice is survived by her brother, Frank Okrasinski, who resides on Cape Cod, MA.
