Obituary of Janina Wojdag

Janina L. "Jennie" Wojdag, 93, of Stuart, FL, died February 27, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice - Harper House, Stuart, FL.

She was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, to Antonina and Stanley Starta on August 30, 1919.

She had been a resident of Stuart for 20 years coming from Walpole, Massachusetts.

Before retiring she was a fabricator for Corning Medical Supplies in Medfield, Massachusetts for 15 years. Prior to that, she was a nurse's aide at Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts.

She enjoyed playing Mah Jongg and canasta with dear friends.

Survivors include daughters, Janet Kindrew and her husband Mike of Stuart, FL and Alice Janicki and her husband Walt of Port St. Lucie; four grandchildren, Christine Kindrew, Michael Kindrew and his wife Jeannette, Richard Janicki and his wife Amy and Ronald Janicki and his wife Kim and five great grandchildren, Kayla, Brett, Joey, Sophia and Andrew. He was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Wojdag, a sister Antoinette Carpeno and a brother John Starta.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on March 5, 2013 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart with interment immediately following in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City.
