Jean Kennedy Domagala, 73, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Solaris, Stuart, FL

Jean Attended Columbus, Ohio schools, graduating from South High in 1960. She worked at Kroger Bakery followed various positions with the air lines and retired when she held position of travel agency Manager in Columbus.

Jean was a true Buckeye fan and carried game time discussions with her brother, David. For game day, the football jersey was worn along with a hat and buckeye beads.

After retirement, Jean became a golfer and served on Womens Golf Association as President at clubs in Columbus, Indianapolis, Boca Raton and Palm City, FL.

She held numerous leadership roles in Homeowner's Association in the cities named above.

Jean and Tom met on a blind date in June of 1978 and married in December of the same year. Jean became mother to all five children and all of the children remain very close to her. Jean was at all of the weddings and was a natural at being a grandmother to all thirteen grandchildren.

With all of the changes in her life, she remained dear friends with many of the her friends from kindergarten to the present time.

She will be missed by all of the people she has ever met.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Thomas A. Domagala of Palm City; her children, David Kennedy and his wife Jeanna of Port St. Lucie, FL, Terri Ann Evers and her husband David of Bumpass, VA, Charlene Montgomery of Oxford, PA, Randy Domagala of Glen Burnie, MD, Dion Balzano and her husband Tony of New Albany, OH; her brother, David Benyi and his wife Cheryl of Columbus, OH and Sister Rosemary Fitzpatrick and her husband Larry of Hobe Sound, FL; 13 grandchildren, Alex, Josh, Bobby, Amanda, Thomas, Kyle, Bailey, Morgan, Tyler, Jay, Mia, Bella and Anna, and 1 great grandchild, Hunter. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Kennedy.

Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City with a service at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Brad Klostreich of Palm City Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. There will also be a memorial service 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Palm City Presbyterian, 2700 SW Martin Highway, Palm City, FL. In Columbus, Ohio, a service will be held 10:00AM, June 10, 2016 at Egan Ryan Funeral Home, 403 East Broad St., Columbus, OH.
