Mrs. Jean Marie Willoughby, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in March 2026. Born on April 16, 1951, she was 74 years old. Jean spent her life in Stuart, Florida, surrounded by the love of her family and community. A devoted homemaker and cherished member of her church, Jean brought joy, happiness, and the biggest smile to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Willoughby; her children, Dawn Pannullo, Rissa Ball, and Charles Willoughby Jr.; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Jean’s warmth and kindness touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. The graveside service for Mrs. Jean Marie Willoughby will be held on April, 3rd, 2026 at 2:55PM at Forest Hills Memorial Park 2001 SW Murphy Road Palm City, Fl 34990.
