JENNIE LEE FLORIAN

Jennie Lee Florian (née James) passed away at home August 13, 2022 surrounded by family. She was 91 years old. She was born March 28, 1931 in Eufala, Barbour County, AL, the youngest of 8. She was a resident of Stuart for 51 years following her husband's retirement from the Air Force. She was a military wife, a mom, an accountant, a CareNet volunteer, a church secretary and Sunday School teacher, and a huge fan of her grandkids' and great grandkids' sport of the moment, but above all, a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James D. Florian, and her daughter Patricia Lynn Irons.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Wiggins (Hoss), son James D. Florian Jr., PhD; three grandsons, Jason Wiggins (Staci), Kevin Wiggins (Jennifer), Jens Florian (Angelina); two granddaughters, Katherine Irons and Lena Florian; and seven great grandchildren: Conner, Logan, Mason, Owen, Abigail, Ava and Brody.

A graveside service will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with Chaplain Hoss Wiggins officiating, after which she will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband in the Veterans Garden at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, 1501 S Kanner Hwy, Stuart, Florida.

A time of fellowship and remembrance will follow
at the home of Hoss and Linda Wiggins.
