Joan A. Cochran, 74, of Palm City, Florida passed away on September 7 ^th , 2019 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, Florida.

Born in Tallahassee, Florida, she had been a resident for Piper's Landing, Palm City for 20 years, 13 years as a seasonal resident and 7 years, as a permanent resident, coming from Winchendon, MA.

Prior to retiring, she had been a secretary with her husband's company and had also been an x-ray technician.

She was a member of Pipers Landing Yacht & Country Club and played golf with the Party Niners Golf Group. For many years she was a very active country dancer and sang with the Mt Wachusett Community Choir.   She was a member of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Alan R. Cochran; her daughter, Jessica D. Patria of Westminster, MA; her son, James A. Cochran, of Reno, CA; her grandchildren, Jacob C. Patria and Jordan Patria; her brother, Michael Hildreth of Opp, AL; her sister, Amber Beierschmitt and her husband, Mike of Bowie, MD and her sister-in-law, Judith Hildreth of Fort Myers, FL. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Tom Hildreth and Charles Hildreth.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 26 at Forest Hills Palm City Chapel.
