Obituary of Joan Garrett
Joan M. Garrett, 75, of Indiantown, died July 26, 2011 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Belmont, NC and had been a resident of Indiantown for 48 years. She was a member of International Church of Destiny in Indiantown. She had worked as an office manager in the automotive industry before retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Garrett of Indiantown; daughters, Debi Sanders of Stuart and Kimberly Clayton of Tulsa, OK; sons, Charles E Garrett Jr. of Gainesville and David R Garrett of Dallas, TX; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Garrett in 2009.
A private memorial service for family only will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the International Church of Destiny, P.O. Box 667, Indiantown, FL 34956 in Joan's memory.
Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
