On May 28, 2020 Joan Richter a loving wife devoted mother grandmother and great grandmother passed away at age 89 in Port St, Lucie, FL.

Joan was born in Newark NJ. On Feb 11, 1931.

Predeceased by her husband Carl Richter, as well as her brother and sisters.

Survived by her children John Fox ( Wendy Watson) , Lynda Fox, Kevin Fox ( Kim Bedtelyon), Robert Fox, grandchildren Jonathan Fox( Cheryl Fox) , Jennifer Carter( Joseph Carter) , Justin Fox, Mikayla Fox.  Great- grandchild Dylan Fox-Carter and multiple nieces and nephews.

Her loving, kind and selflessness has been a beacon of light to everyone that has been blessed to have known her.

"As the rain falls and the thunder rolls,  it is a true reminder that God is in charge.  He marks this day with his signature. Someone very special joined him in heaven.  Someone that cannot be  duplicated or copied.  A selfless person that would be a beacon of light in all life's situations.  Loosing a loved one is hard in itself.  Loosing your rock is a life moment.  God please look after my families Rock, As she has looked after our family for so many years .  We love today and always!

** Due to the pandemic there is a limited number of people aloud to attend , but we will be having a celebration life for her afterwards, and all friends and family are asked to come pay their respects there.
