She raised her three daughters, together with her former husband Ronald, in their family home in Bellmore, she later moved to Levittown. In 1978 she began a career dedicated to the medical field, where she worked in several different hospitals and doctors' offices over the next 45 years. She attended Church with her husband weekly and had a strong love for God, finding peace in knowing that God was always with her.
JoAnne lived life to the fullest and loved her family and friends, always describing her time with them by saying "we had a lot of laughs". She was the life of the party and will always be remembered singing "Old Time Rock & Roll" every chance she had. She enjoyed music and dancing at Riverwalk with her dear friends. She enjoyed traveling to new and exciting destinations with her husband, always returning home with a rock or shell to remember her travels. She treasured the many fond memories of her outings to the town beach with her daughters. She attended her grandchildren's dance, karate, baseball and soccer, cheering them on with great enthusiasm, all of whom she was extremely proud of.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all; we will always carry her memory in our hearts. We will always remember her pretty blue/green eyes and big smile.
