John Harold Flaugh, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, on September 16, 1930, died peacefully on March 5, 2018.

He graduated from the University of Miami and served in the U. S. Navy as an officer.

He married Joan Leake, his wife of 59 years in Miami where they spent time before moving to Ft. Lauderdale, eventually settling in Stuart, Florida in 1979.

John was a stock broker, entrepreneur, and developer. John Flaugh's life was filled with love, love of family, love of friends and love of life. He was the most gentle of gentlemen.

John Flaugh will be missed and remembered with love by his wife, Joan, his son Mike, Mike's wife Jenny and his grandchildren, Austin, Charlie and Evie Flaugh as well as by his extended family and many friends.
