John M. Malley, 91, of Stuart, passed away October 27, 2016. He was born in Wykoff, MN to John and Marie Malley. He had been a resident of the Treasure Coast for 30 years, having moved from Milwaukee, WI. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, having served during WWII. Before retirement, John was the owner and operator of United Van Lines Moving and Storage.

John was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Palm City, but recently was attending St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, since he was now residing at the Stuart Lodge Assisted Living.

He is survived by his children; Dianne Hummel, Barbara Hawes, Dr. John E Malley and Maureen Norell, and grandson, Hans Hummel.

Visitation: 9:00 - 10:30AM, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00AM, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart.

Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, with military honors provided by the U.S. Navy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal rescue association of your choice in John's memory.
