Obituary of John O'Connor
Age 85, of Palm City, Florida passed away on October 20, 2007. Mr. OConnor was born on March 19, 1922 In New York City to James and Margaret (Moriarity) OConnor. He was US Army veteran and was of catholic faith. Mr. OConnor came to the Palm City area in 2003 from East Meadows, New York.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Gloria (Bernhardt) OConnor, one daughter Patricia (Douglas) Brimlow of Palm City, FL and one son John (Grace) OConnor of Oceanside, NY. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, Jennifer, Meghan and Kaitlyn.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida. A visitation will be held on Wednesday at the Funeral Home from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.. Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990.
