Obituary of Jordan Preshong Brown

Jordan Alexandra Preshong Brown, 17, of Palm City, Florida, passed away unexpectedly December 26, 2014 at her home.

During her far too brief time with us, Jordan touched the heart of all she met. With a smile that could melt icebergs and her delightful sense of humor, Jordan proved to all that a disability should never limit the fullness of life. Her family and countless friends all benefited from the strength and love she provided without hesitation or limit.

She is survived by her loving family; father, David L. Brown IV and mother, Stephanie Preshong Brown of Palm City; brothers, Austin and Connar of Palm City; maternal grandparents, James and Madeline Preshong of Fairfield, Maine, paternal grandmother, Charlotte Ann Brown of Port Republic, MD and a host of family and loved ones. She was predeceased by paternal grandfather, David L. Brown III of King George, Virginia.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015, 1:30 pm at North Stuart Baptist Church 1950 Northwest Federal Highway, Stuart, Florida.
