Obituary of Joseph Agrillo

Joseph A. Agrillo Sr., 72, of Stuart, FL, died April 25, 2013 at Martin Hospital South, Stuart.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he had been a resident of Stuart for 32 years, coming from Massapequa, NY.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Guam.

Before retiring he was an insurance agent and financial advisor with Prudential in Stuart for 15 years. He was a restaurateur and was the owner of Pasta Joe's in Massapequa and Trimmins in Stuart. He also was an FAA inspector, a pilot, flight instructor and aircraft mechanic.

He attended St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart and had been a member of the Aquaw Island Fishing Club on Long Island and the Stuart Rod & Reel Club, Stuart

Survivors include his wife of51 years, Josephine Argrillo; sons Anthony Agrillo and Joseph A. Agrillo Jr; a daughter, Teresa Reichert all of Stuart; sisters, Jeanette Frvola of Massapequa and Mary Golly of Marathon, FL and four grandchildren

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 & 6:00 to 8:00 PM on April 29, 2013 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with prayer service at 7:00 PM with military honors provided by the U.S. Air Force. There will be a ceremonial procession from the funeral home to Sandsprit Park, Stuart, starting at 11:00 AM on April 30, 2013.
