With a heavy heart, on Sunday May 15th at around 2:15 pm, our loving Father of 3 children, 6
grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren passed away at 89.

Joseph (Giuseppe) Billisi was born on November 21, 1932, in Palermo, Sicily to Vincenzo Billisi and
Rosetta Di Filippo. He married Rose Marie Accomando, on July 18, 1954, they had three children Rose,
Vincent, and Joseph.

Joseph was the oldest of 8 children. He came to America at 16 years old as a stow-a-way to support his
family in Italy who he loved. He met his beautiful wife Rose at his cousin's Ravioli company in Brooklyn,
New York where he worked. He was a workaholic, also known in the Biz as the Ravioli King for his
ingenuity, passion, and work ethic. He provided so much for his family, more than can be listed,
mentioned, or written. He loved sharing his wealth with his children and family while still alive so he
could enjoy the fruits of his labor.

We will all miss his incredible stories that he shared about his life, his struggles and what he went
through over the years to become successful. At home he would either be telling remarkable stories,
singing, or of course whistling to music.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife Rose Marie Billisi and his sister Vincenza and brother Carmine.
He is survived by his three children, Rose, Vincent and Joseph, his brothers Giacomo, Frank, and his
sisters, Rosetta, Rita, and Pina.

A viewing will be held on Monday, May 23rd, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Forest Hills Funeral
Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, Florida 34990. The Funeral will on Tuesday May 24th, 2022, at
10:00 am at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1454 SW Mapp Road, Palm City, Florida, 34990 followed by
entombment at Forest Hills Cemetery.
