Obituary of Joseph Bourgea

J. Arthur Bourgea, 96, of Hobe Sound, FL, passed away on March 8, 2015 at the Manors of Hobe Sound.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for over 25 years coming from Riviera Beach, FL. He moved to Florida from Lowell.

During World War II he served in the U.S. Army.

Before retiring he was an automobile mechanic. He was member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, Hobe Sound where he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife Barbara Bourgea of Hobe Sound, his stepchildren, David Bromley and his wife Teri of Hobe Sound, Patrick Galleher of Midlothian, VA and Paula Tabb of Jupiter, FL. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Bourgea in 1996.

There will be a cryptside service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in the Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
