Obituary of Joseph Dlabola
Joseph Dlabola, 96, of Palm City, passed away December 9, 2014 at Emeritus in Jensen Beach. He was born in Manhattan, NY, and had been a resident of the Treasure Coast since 1980, having moved from NY. During his working career, he was the owner/operator of a trucking firm, Baggage Foreman at TWA, and most recently worked at the Snook Nook until he was 93 years old. Joe was a member of the Masons, and was an avid fisherman who did charter fishing.
He is survived by his children; daughter, Joan Jones of Palm City, Son, Joseph Dlabola of Levittown, NY, daughter, Judith Southard of Spencerport, NY, son, Gary Dlabola of Croton on the Hudson, NY and step-son, Gary Marzo of Port St. Lucie; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence.
Visitation: 1:00 - 2:30PM, Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.
