Obituary of Joseph Horvath
Joseph F. Horvath, 78, of Palm City, FL, formerly of Gibralter, MI. Born in throop, PA, Joseph passed away on Monday, April 30, 2007, leaving behind wife Betty, of 54 years, sons, Michael and Joseph, daughters, Elaine, Barbara and Mary; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Proudly served in the US Army Intelligence in Korea. Retired bridge consztruction engineer from Wayne County Road Commission, Detroit, MI. Worked locally for Sheltra Consturction of Indiantown. Member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Avid boater and sailor, past Commodore of the St. Lucie River Model Boat Club. Life long Detroit Red Wings Fan. He will be missed.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Thursday, May 3rd at 10:00 AM.
