Obituary of Joseph Mastriani
JOSEPH MASTRIANI, age 83, of Port St. Lucie Florida died on May 27, 2008 at the Hospice House in Fort Pierce, Florida. Mr. Mastriani was born on May 3, 1925 in Bayonne, NJ to Pasquale and Genevieve (Papacio) Mastriani. He was of catholic faith and had owned and operated a messenger courier service in New Jersey for many years. Mr. Mastriani was US Navy Veteran and was a lover of the horse races. He came to this area in 1985 from New Jersey.
He is survived by the love of his life, Charlotte Mastrini of Port St. Lucie, FL, four sons; Joseph, Patrick, Richard and Salvatore Mastriani of New Jersey, four step-children; Corie deGioia, Tonia Miano, Michael and Craig Marrone all of Florida, 12 grandchildren, one brother, Michael Mastriani and a sister Mary Gabriel, both of New Jersey.
A Memorial Gathering of Friends will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com
