Obituary of Joseph Sicuro
Joseph Sicuro, 88, of Palm City, FL, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Martin Medical Center, Stuart.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he had been a resident of Palm City for 7 years coming from Long Island, NY.
Prior to retiring he was the owner of Sicuro Brothers, an Italian cheese distributor in Brooklyn.
He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City. He enjoyed boating and fishing and was a New York Rangers fan.
Survivors include his wife Margaret Sicuro of Palm City; his daughter Jennifer Calarco and her husband Joe of Palm City; his sisters, Maryann Amabile of Lindenhurst, NY and Geri Shea and her husband Dan of Brookhaven, NY and his grandchildren, Joey Calarco of Lindenhurst and Nicky and Allie Calarco, both of Palm City. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Sicuro, who died in World War II and a sister, Nina Miller.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Forest Hill Funeral Home, Palm City with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.
