Josephine Veronica Adele Martin, of Palm City, Florida, died on November 5, 2012 at St. Mary's Medical Center, West Palm Beach.
She was born on November 4, 2012 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
She was the infant daughter of Joseph and Allison Martin of Palm City. She was also survived by her maternal grandparents, Gilroy and Veronica Jones of Palm City. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joseph Martin Sr. and Adele Martin.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on November 18, 2012 Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. There will be a service at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel follow by interment in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
