Josephine Haberland, 72, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on January 24, 2017 at the Martin Medical Center, Stuart, Florida.

Born in New York City, she had been a resident of Palm City for over 15 years coming from Coral Springs, Florida. She moved to Florida from New York City.

Josephine began her career at a local cable company where she entered information into the programming guide. Her commitment to fairness in the workplace and kindness to others soon brought her many promotions. With only a handful of college courses to her name, she became Vice President for Customer Service at AT&T Wireless in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Family and friends will always remember Josephine for her kind and generous heart. In recent years, she spent much time volunteering at Carpenter's Kitchen and served as a Eucharist Minister at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, Florida.

Survivors include her daughters, Christine Graham of Coral Springs, Florida and Michelle Haberland and her husband Glen Hamilton of Savannah, Georgia; her niece Maria Voukides and her husband Tony Raposo of New Windsor, New York and her grandchildren, Norah Hamilton and Alexandra Raposo.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2017, at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be in Fort Hill Cemetery, Montauk, New York.
