Juanita (Nita) Swinton, (73), of Stuart Florida passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side.  Juanita was born on October 24, 1947, in Akron, Ohio to John and Betty Palmisano.

Juanita moved from Akron, Ohio to Florida over 40 years ago. She worked in advertising and management for Cotton & Company and finished her career in management at Community Saving and BB&T bank.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents.  She was survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Swinton of Stuart Florida; son, Chris Phillips of Stuart, Florida; daughter, Joanne Phillips of Stuart, Florida; granddaughter, Nichole Stefanilo (Joey) of Indiantown, FL; grandson, Cole Phillips of Stuart, FL; granddaughter, Cassidy Phillips of Kingsport, TN; grandson, Jacob Phillips of Stuart, FL; brother, Larry Palmisano (Pam) of Richmond, KY; and sister, Sandi Konstantinides, (Mike) of Redlands, CA.

One of Nita's greatest pleasures was gathering with family and friends to celebrate holidays and life's special moments.  She always enjoyed traveling and looked forward to planning her next adventure.

Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a warm and unwavering friend and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
