June D. Kornstadt, 89, passed away peacefully at her home in Port St. Lucie, FL,
early morning February 14 th , 2020. She had her 5 children by her side prior to
her heavenly journey.
June and her husband Jim moved to Florida in 1986 from Pittsburgh, PA. They
built their dream home in Port St. Lucie. June was very talented in sewing,
crocheting, crafts and bingo. They kept busy with creating wood crafts and did
shows all over the area.
June was preceded in death by her husband Vernon G. Kornstadt (Jim) of 52
years, her parents, Earl & Laura (Fox) Kieswetter, sisters Eileen Luke Leonard
and Dorothy Tavernise.
June is survived by her five children, Lauri (Joe), Patty (Bob), Jimmy (Tambra),
David (Julie), and Danny, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and
2 great-great grandchildren and her companions of 14 years, Shaggy (her
beloved ShihTzu) and Abdel Hassan.
