Sarah June Uber, 90, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on April 3, 2023 at home in Arkville, New York with her eldest daughter by her side.

June was born on December 24, 1932 in Trenton, NJ and moved to Florida in 1977 with her parents and her 2 youngest children.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother & great grandmother who loved traveling with her sister Hazel and playing dice or scrabble. She also loved dancing & crafts like quilling and crocheting.

She is survived by her brothers Richard Bentz (Rosa) of Fairview, North Carolina, Terry Bentz (Kathleen) of Port St. Lucie, Florida, her children Patti Scarth (Cliff) of Arkville, New York, Ted Uber (Lori-Ann) of Brooksville, Florida and Missy Hollis (Lee) of Stuart, Florida. Her 5 grandchildren Brandon Kobayashi, Jennifer Stahlberger, Kayla Bishop, Kyle Uber and Matthew Hollis. Her 4 Great Grandchildren John and Katie Nichols, Shiloh Uber and Theo Bishop. June had a full & wonderful life surrounded by loving family and close friends. She was predeceased by her beloved dog Echo.

June lived life on her terms. She saw the best in everyone and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be truly missed by all her family and friends.

There will be a memorial service on August 25, 2023 from 4pm-6pm at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990.
