Karen Scrivani, 54, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on August 24, 2018 at home surrounded by family.

Born in Buffalo, NY, she had been a Martin County resident since the summer of 1978. Here she met her husband Lawrence of 33 years and started a family.

Karen was a registered nurse for over 30 years.  She loved animals and spending time with friends and family.  She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan since childhood and the center of her family.

Survivors include her loving husband: Lawrence Scrivani of Stuart, FL; son: Brandon Scrivani, of Orlando, FL; daughter: Chelsea Scrivani, of Stuart, FL; mother: Annamarie Hofer of Stuart, FL; siblings: Lois (Peter) Grollitsch of Buffalo, NY; Pamela (David) Rose of Westerville, OH; Phillip (Sonia) Hofer of Sewells Point, FL; Diane (Edmund) Turner of Port Saint Lucie, FL; John (Suzy) Hofer of Rocky Point, FL; brother-in-law: John (Lauri) Scrivani of Port Saint Lucie, FL; nieces/nephews: Kerry, Edd, Ethan, Whitney, Peter, Crystal, Jenna, and Nicole,.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL with a funeral service will be at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
