Karl Kirkhart, born September 3rd, 1934 in Stow, Ohio. Sadly, he passed away on the morning of September 26th, 2022 in Stuart, Florida.

Karl, his two brothers and one sister grew up on a dairy farm in northern Ohio.

Once old enough to join, Karl and his cousin, Don Kirkhart, enlisted in the United States Air force. He spent time in Texas, Kansas, and French Morocco maintaining B 47 Long range Bombers.

After making his return to Ohio he met Janice Turner from Alabama. They soon moved to Florida and married.

Karl made a living hauling railway express and construction until Karl and his two brothers Ed and Bill started EWK Paving and Contracting in Stuart.

Karl loved growing vegetables, collecting cars and tractors, spending time with people and telling stories. A loving Father and Grandfather, who enjoyed church and Sunday school. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Cloid and Katharine and his siblings Ed, Marge, and Bill.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Janice Kirkhart, Son: Gary and wife Tana Kirkhart, Daughter: Debbie and Husband Jim Holman. Grandchildren: Kyle, Bryce, Joseph and Cassie. Several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will take place at the Tropical Farms Baptist Church (1555 SW Kanner Hwy; Stuart, FL 34997) at 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 4th. Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 am.
