Kevin M. Knott passed on April 16, 2025. He was born January 18,1955 in Hartford, Connecticut to Joseph and Mary Knott. Kevin began his career with Pratt & Whitney in Connecticut where he was then transferred to Alabama ending his 38 year career in Florida.

After moving to Florida he fell in love with golf and became an avid golfer. Kevin was survived by his wife, Linda M. Knott of 47 years; two children, Eric Knott (Jessica Knott), Jennifer Banks (Roy Banks Jr.); three grandchildren, Aubree, Jordan and Wayne. Two brothers, Joseph Knott Jr. (Kathy Knott) and Gary Knott both of Connecticut. A niece Chrissy Newsome and nephew R.J. Knott.

During retirement Kevin spent his time working at Banyan Creek Golf Club and spending time with his grandchildren. He always cheered them on; from watching Aubree earn her blackbelt to being on the baseball mound each weekend watching Jordan and Wayne play. He was always talking and bragging about his grandchildren. A proud grandfather (Ded) to say the least.

He will be deeply missed with his advice, encouragement and wisdom
