Obituary of Kevin Platts

KEVIN ALLEN PLATTS, age 54 of Stuart, FL died on December 13, 2008 at the Residence of Stuart. Mr. Platts was born on April 26, 1954 in Huntington, NY to Harold and Marion (Hanson) Platts. He came to the Stuart area in 1959 and lived in Miami from 1963 to 1974. Mr. Platts was a US Army Veteran and he was of Christian faith. He truly enjoyed the outdoors and most of all he was an avid fisherman. He was predeceased by his mother and an infant sister.

Survivors include his brother Jeffrey Platts of Indiantown, FL and his father Harold Platts of Ft. Pierce, FL.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the Forest Hills Palm City Chapel, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990.
