Obituary of Kim Fleming

KIM M. FLEMING

Age 56 of Port St. Lucie, FL died suddenly on Thursday, October 30, 2008 in Nashville, TN. Mr. Fleming was born on January 26, 1952 in Kenton, OH to Harry and Ruth (Sloan) Fleming. He came to Florida in 1984 from Charlotte, NC. Mr. Fleming was a Senior Aircraft Mechanic for Vought Aircraft Industries in Stuart FL for many years. He liked to play golf and was a NASCAR enthusiast who liked to watch college football and basketball. He loved being with his family and especially adored his grandchildren. Mr. Fleming was predeceased by his mother Ruth Fleming in 2006.

Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Jill (Ormsby) Fleming of Port St. Lucie, FL, 3 daughters; Kimberly (Steve) Bellan of St. Petersburg, FL, Kelli Fleming (Jeff Roarks), Karri (Wilson) Torres, both of Port St. Lucie, FL, 2 sons; David (Deanna) DeVos of Jacksonville, FL and Keith (Deirdre) Fleming of Atlanta, GA, 11 grandchildren; Kory, Cody and Kacey Bellan, Brandon Fleming and Dakota Roarks, Samantha, Destiny and Gabriel Torres, Ian and Ansley DeVos and Emma Fleming. Also survived by his father Harry Fleming of Louisville, KY, 1 sister Cheryl Fogle and 4 brothers; Gregg, Chris, Steve and Michael Fleming.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Forest Hills Palm City Chapel, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. The family requests that memorials be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 1100 East Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996.
